Vinyasa Flow

Drop into stillness, with a practice centered around foundational movements, to ground the body and anchor the mind. Using breath as the primary guide, we will explore various standing, twisting and seated postures to create more spaciousness within the body. This class is prop supportive and best for students with some familiarity with a yoga practice but open to all levels.

Breathwork

Experience instant transformation to revitalize body, mind and spirit using the power of your breath. In this class we'll focus on developing conscious and controlled breathing to awaken stagnant energy within the physical, mental and subtle bodies. A perfect compliment to any yoga practice where breath initiates movement as you tap into deeper states of meditation and consciousness. This class is suitable for all levels. People who are pregnant and/or epileptic are not advised to participate.
